Swimming

We organise weekly swims in a local Durbanville dam on Wednesday early evening and Saturday afternoons.   

We also organise Sea Swims when the opportunity arises as well as supporting other swims in the area. 

Every year we orgnaise a club Robben Island Escape.

We communicate training sessions via the Swim WhatsApp notices group which is a members only group. Please contact the Swim captain for more information.

Monthly Swim TT

Why do we do it?

Because like running, we are not all sprinters, but if we want to get faster, we need to train faster sets. 

We do a TT every now and then to see how we reach those goals!

How:

Somewhere during the last week of the month you do a 100m sprint
