No training program is complete without some quality speed sessions. Join our track training group, hosted by Dave "the Wingman" and our Triathlete and experience the trill of a bit of speed. Pacing is alway relative to your own ability so everybody is accommodated.

Be considered
No walking on the track - move over to grass
Use the first 2 lanes only
Lane 1 for fast running
Lane 2 for slower running
Watch out for sprinters training in groups and stay out of their way!
